Returns & Refunds

1. Scope

This policy applies only to products purchased directly from S A Shantha Sunthari Naidu Athinaidu trading as Whispers in Print via this website. Products purchased via Spoonflower are governed exclusively by Spoonflower’s policies.

2. No Right of Withdrawal

All products are made-to-order and personalized. Under EU law, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product is damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. We may offer a replacement, or issue a refund at our discretion.

4. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days. We will arrange replacement at no additional cost.

5. Exclusions

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selections by the customer, or minor variations in colour or print outcome.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
