Shipping policy
1. Fulfillment Partners
Whispers in Print works with two separate print-on-demand partners, depending on the product:
- Surface pattern designs (wallpaper, fabric, home décor) are printed and shipped directly by Spoonflower. Shipping costs, delivery times, and carrier details for these products are set entirely by Spoonflower and shown at their checkout.
- Postcards and art prints are printed and shipped by Gelato, our print-on-demand partner, on behalf of Whispers in Print.
2. Production Time
All postcards and art prints are made to order. Please allow 3 to 6 business days for production before your order ships. Production time is separate from shipping/delivery time.
3. Delivery Time
Once produced, estimated delivery is 3 to 6 business days within the EU and 8 - 12 business days for international orders, depending on destination. These are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary due to customs, local courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size, and are shown before you complete payment.
5. International Orders & Customs
For orders shipped outside the EU, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are not included in the order or shipping price and are the customer's responsibility.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@whispersinprint.com and we'll help track it down.
